Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for enterprise-level applications
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify UX trends
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Measure UX success through quantitative and qualitative metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
