Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues
- Develop test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA insights
- Maintain and update test documentation and procedures
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency with Selenium, JIRA, and test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience testing responsive web and mobile applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
