Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and ensure seamless implementation
- Create compelling design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the design team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
