Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce in JIRA and other tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement effective solutions
- Participate in agile sprint planning, review sessions, and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain test environments and ensure proper configuration for testing activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual and automated)
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
