Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection infrastructure and data quality
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects addressing business challenges in retail, logistics, and customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with clear business impact
