Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Analyze user data to drive design improvements and innovation
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform projects
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
