Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user journeys
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ complex digital product designs with measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design rationale to stakeholders
