Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet urgent deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
