Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement cohesive design systems
- Develop responsive UI components that maintain consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical/non-technical audiences
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in Agile development environments preferred
