Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for B2B fintech products
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design documentation and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
