Join our award-winning cloud infrastructure team at NexusCloud Solutions! We're seeking a passionate Cloud Engineer to architect and manage cutting-edge AWS/Azure environments in the heart of Denver. This role offers hybrid flexibility with 3 days in our downtown Denver office and 2 remote days per week. You'll work on mission-critical systems for Fortune 500 clients while receiving industry-leading training and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS/Azure services
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems with advanced observability tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code practices
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
- Document architecture and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash/PowerShell
- Professional certification (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect required)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
