Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
