Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web/mobile applications
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design optimization
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into design decisions
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
