Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create compelling visual designs with attention to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction patterns, and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement or conversion rates
