Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps and screenshots using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Conduct regression testing for product updates and releases
- Analyze test results to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain test documentation and test environment integrity
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in test case management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/SOAP UI)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability to work during core business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
