Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering frameworks for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and AI interaction templates for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and output quality
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize response accuracy and efficiency
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead workshops on AI capabilities for cross-functional teams
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source language models
- Strong Python programming skills and API integration experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
