Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define user requirements and design solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI component libraries
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and competitive analysis
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
