Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
- Train on enterprise systems including Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms
- Deliver exceptional customer service via ticketing, phone, and in-person support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking concepts, and security protocols
