Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
