Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize the user journey.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively, securing buy-in for design decisions.
- Optimize existing user interfaces and workflows to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UX landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech or software industry.
- Proficient in designing for web and mobile platforms with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and experience using design tools like Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design iterations.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
