Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define user requirements and business objectives
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and persona development
- Expert understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
