As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards before they reach our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other bug-tracking systems with high precision.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
