Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover insights
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Background in fintech or SaaS products preferred
