Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel).
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and provide timely remediation strategies.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing support, and security audits.
- Manage and configure firewall policies, network security devices, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards such as SOC2 and NIST.
- Collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities and harden systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security analysis, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GSEC) are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
