Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop user journey maps, personas, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions to executive leadership
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve product experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
