Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping for enterprise web/mobile applications
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma/Sketch
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale and stakeholder feedback effectively to leadership teams
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
