You'll work with cross-functional product teams to define user journeys, conduct usability testing, and deliver pixel-perfect prototypes that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and contextual inquiries
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews, surveys)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing process-driven design work with measurable results
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
