Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements and feature prioritization
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices across the organization
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
- Understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices
- Experience with design systems and component-based design approaches
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
