Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop intuitive interfaces and design systems for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Create design deliverables including user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
