Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD for web and mobile applications
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design performance
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing process work and measurable outcomes
