Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, validate, and maintain complex datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, actionable dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL Analysis: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases efficiently.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a critical eye for data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Preference given to candidates in California or Washington).
