Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user flows, information architectures, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user experience and business metrics
