Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and skill-building sessions
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and information architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Experience with A/B testing and quantitative analysis tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration
- Portfolio required with case studies showing design process and impact
