Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and UI implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design strategies.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
