Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
