Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to guide design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and analyze qualitative/quantitative data to identify insights
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end development constraints
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
