Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for complex fintech applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and interaction design principles
- Experience mentoring design teams and conducting design critiques
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
