Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Establish and evolve design systems for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Analyze user feedback and iterate based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user testing methodologies and A/B testing
- Background in agile development environments
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
