Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate designs based on user analytics and feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and persona development
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
