Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI implementations
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
