Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Lead design sprints and present solutions to executive stakeholders
- Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Certification in UX research (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
