Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive designs
- Develop design systems and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions
