Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and technical feasibility
- Conduct stakeholder presentations to articulate design rationale and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive product improvements
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and skill development workshops
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
