Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design systems and UI components ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define user requirements and business objectives
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design solutions to executive teams and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
