Responsibilities
- Execute user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise applications
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative insights
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centric solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) fundamentals
