Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive flows using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive experiences
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimization strategies
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years equivalent experience accepted)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of UX design for consumer-facing digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant user solutions
