In this role, you will own the design strategy for key products, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, accessible, and delightful. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and elegant user interfaces, working alongside product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final design handoff.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights that drive product decisions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system and component library to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, clearly articulating the 'why' behind design decisions.
- Advocate for the user in every meeting, ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG) are met across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A strong, portfolio-driven showcase of mobile and web design projects demonstrating your design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Principle.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
