Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will act as a mentor to junior staff and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software issues.
- Manage and resolve complex tickets in our ServiceNow/Salesforce environment within SLA guidelines.
- Perform hardware upgrades, OS deployment (Windows 10/11), and peripheral installation.
- Conduct user training sessions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to resolve connectivity and infrastructure problems.
- On-call rotation support for critical system outages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
