Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex server environments including Windows Server and Linux distributions.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity management solutions to ensure secure access.
- Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPN configurations.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior administration staff.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
