Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Oversee Active Directory architecture, group policies, and identity management.
- Develop and execute automation scripts (PowerShell/Bash) to streamline IT operations.
- Ensure data security, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to support DevOps pipelines and cloud integration.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and ITIL best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
